Your gown will be handled with the utmost care during the cleaning and preservation process. Please note that the following conditions may exist: 1. Appliques/beads and decorative items may come off. 2. Some stains may not be removed completely without causing damage to the fabric. 3. Some lace, embroidery, beads, and sequins may be unstable in their manufacturing and/or dyeing; therefore they may discolor, loose color, or become damaged. 4. Beads, sequins, and glue may change color, or yellow over time even though proper cleaning and preservation of the gown has taken place. The customer acknowledges that the pre-existing conditions stated above may affect the preservation of their article and said article will only be cleaned at the complete risk of the customer. All gowns hold a declared value of $500 unless additional declared value is purchased by upgrading to the Premium service. Your gown will be shipped within approximately 6-12 weeks after receipt of gown. Please note, all sales are final. Arc Bridal will not be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors.
